Coaching Students Through Transitions in School/Career

Currently 10% of students in the US are in some type of therapy. There is very little focus on coaching students on how to address the most critical time of their young lives. Decisions can be dramatic and have long term effects on kids' psyche.

We ask our students at 15-16 to tell us where they will be in five years, what career they will choose and what major they will commit to in college. This is not to mention the question of whether college is even written for the student.

Think back to when you were in high school and recall how you addressed this time in your life. How did you research your passions, and did you have a plan on paper detailing your steps to personal success. How did you proceed?

It is a critical time with the need for coaching. Kids have coaches in soccer since they were 7 years old. Why can't we offer them the same coaching during a more critical period of time in their development.

We should but we don't. High price career advisors or resume reviewers are available at $200-$250 an hour. How does this assist a family of 5 with an annual income of $35,000. There is a huge unlevel playing field tipping the scales to the few who can afford assistance with SAT and class tutoring for top grades.

Job-Lander addresses this unlevel playing field while coaching students through these challenging life changing periods of time. Click here to register for a complimentary 30 minute life planning/coaching consultation.
